Oscar is Executive Leader of Deliverance Church International in Kenya which meets in 4 locations currently under that name but because since its inception in 1984 their vision's founding scriptures in Matt. 28:19 and Gen. 1:22) have led them to not only grow to 10,000 in attendance there but also planting 2000 churches across the nation and surrounding nations.

He is an author and serves on the board of Movement Collective with Alan Hirsch and Rich Robinson.
